September is "Childhood Cancer Awareness Month." Let's raise money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

For starters — thank you for reading SubTsakalidis (SubTsak) over the past several months. It’s been an enjoyable process to get this platform rolling ahead of its first full Memphis Grizzlies season.

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. Many of my subscribers may know this, and for anyone visiting this page, here’s an introduction:

All my content on SubTsakalidis is free. Nothing is behind a paywall. If you choose to support financially, your money is going to my wife’s St. Jude fundraiser team, “Allie’s Allies,” where the money goes straight to St. Jude in Allie’s name. My wife has been battling cancer for the past 10 years. Hitting 10 years is special for a lot of reasons — Allie accomplishing milestones like getting married, buying a house, and landing her dream job; great news on her brain scan this past month; and all things she was told years ago that she wouldn’t be alive for.

So to raise money during Childhood Cancer Awareness month, I’ll be running a promotion for the month of September. I have 2 lower bowl tickets to the Friday October 27th Grizzlies game against the defending champion Denver Nuggets. Anyone who subscribes or refers a friend in the month of September will be entered to win these tickets.
