SubTsakalidis 2024 Childhood Cancer Awareness Month Promotion

September is "Childhood Cancer Awareness Month." Let's raise money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

It’s officially September, which is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.

Thank you all who have supported me with SubTsakalidis over the past year and a quarter. It’s been such a fun, rewarding experience to grow in this independent platform — but more importantly, to rally together to support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

If this is your first time visiting SubTsakalidis, this platform is a Memphis Grizzlies — and now also a basketball scouting — blog that’s not behind a paywall. However, there are paid subscription options that serve as a way to support SubTsakalidis’ goal of raising money for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. So all your money here goes to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

My why: St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital saved my wife’s life. My wife Allie has been battling cancer for over 11 years now, as she has brain cancer. Despite a bleak outlook in her initial diagnosis, by the grace of God and the doctors of St. Jude, she continues to defy the odds as a high school and college graduate, a working woman, a homeowner, a dog mom, and a wife. A big part of her journey has also been the donations St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital — as your money goes to the following causes:

And because of the money St. Jude receives in donations, not only have they been able to help cure Allie, they were able to discover her type of brain cancer, which has helped treat other patients.

Now, the promotion.

We’re approaching the 4th quarter for fundraising for the 2024 St. Jude Marathon Weekend event. It’s time to go on a hot run to close the 3rd quarter. All month long, anybody that subscribes or refers friends to SubTsakalidis will enter for a chance to win two (2) lower-bowl tickets to a Memphis Grizzlies game this season.

For new subscribers, or those currently subscribing for free but wish to upgrade to a paid subscription:

• free subscription = 1 entry

• monthly subscription ($5/month) = 3 entries

• annual subscription ($50/year) = 5 entries

For referrals, you get an entry for every person you refer to SubTsakalidis (1 entry for 1 referral, 3 entries for 3 referrals, etc.)
